3. Issue, track and verify the rework order of unqualified products, and record the tracking effect;

4. Inform the relevant personnel in time of abnormal problems in product debugging and inspection, and do a good job of tracking records and corresponding prevention work;

5. Do a good job of cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure the timeliness of various information flows;

6. Correctly use measuring instruments and fixtures, comply with relevant inspection and operation procedures, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of product quality judgment;

7. Conduct quality promotion and technical guidance for new employees;

8. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, major in mechanical/electronics, more than 1 year of relevant quality department work experience;

2. Familiar with product processing technology, finished product inspection process and sampling standards;

3. Have a certain understanding of mechanical equipment knowledge;

4. Familiar with the use of common office software, able to understand mechanical engineering drawings, familiar with the use of calipers, height gauges, pressure gauges, multimeters and other measuring instruments;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, conscientious and responsible, team spirit, and able to cooperate with the production department to work overtime.
