Sales Lead Central Management (Across All Platforms)
1. Be responsible for registering and handling sales leads across all channels, including the official website, exhibitions, 400, and self-media matrix accounts.
2. Track the path of lead conversion and regularly output the "Lead Conversion Analysis Report";
3. Periodically connect with external partners and conduct reconciliation and settlement for the conversion of cooperative leads.
Customer Inquiry Response (across All Platforms)
1. Answer the 400 hotline and provide professional pre-sale support such as customer inquiries.
2. Distribute the customer service call demands of the 400 hotline to the corresponding departments, and conduct periodic data statistics and analysis on 400 call traffic.
3. Compile standard response manuals for high-frequency issues in group meals/social meals scenarios.
Exhibition hall explanation and customer reception
1. Be responsible for providing exhibition hall explanations to visiting clients, helping them understand the company, products and solutions.
2. Be responsible for the collection and archiving management of audio-visual materials such as pictures and videos of visiting clients.
3. Be responsible for managing the status of exhibition hall equipment, maintaining equipment usage, and ensuring the daily availability of equipment.
Operation of self-media accounts (domestic)
1. Be responsible for the daily operation of the company's self-media matrix accounts, writing posts, providing consultation and answering questions, as well as information interaction.
2. Be responsible for periodically analyzing the operation status of the self-media matrix accounts.
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering preferred.
2. More than 1 year of B-end customer service/pre-sales support experience (preferred in the mechanical/intelligent hardware industry);
3. Mandarin proficiency at or above level 2, Grade A, and proficient in operating CRM systems;
4. Strong communication skills, learning ability, stress resistance, outgoing and gentle personality, good appearance and elegant demeanor.
5. Proficient in office software and strong copywriting skills (experience in self-media copywriting operation is preferred).
