1. Responsible for proposing user needs and product definition for smart cooking products and smart kitchen solutions;
2. Responsible for simulating customer testing of products and proposing improvement requirements;
3. Responsible for personnel training and technical guidance in the areas of training, guidance and after-sales service after product delivery;
4. Other matters related to product definition and improvement, customer demand solutions, dish development, and usage training.
1. A technical school or technical secondary school or above for cooking, a college degree or above for cooking or food engineering;
2. More than 3 years of experience in the kitchen of the catering industry, familiar with the catering industry, experience in kitchen management or dish development, and has served as a dish development manager, chef, etc.;
3. Experience in standardization of Chinese food, preferably with experience in participating in or using cooking robots or multi-purpose steam ovens;
4. Ability to systematically analyze customer kitchen and cooking needs and propose standardized solutions;
5. Hardworking and down-to-earth, strong learning ability, good communication skills and emotional intelligence, cheerful and outgoing personality;
6. Ability to lead a team and build a system.
