1. Responsible for the machine testing and dish production debugging for important customers; follow up on-site the dynamic changes of the store operation and production, collect the corresponding information, and feedback to the production research for adjustment and improvement, cooperate with customers to optimize the line, and make machine operation SOP;
2. Responsible for the on-site or online training of channels and terminal customers, including background management, machine use, recipe development, precautions, line design, etc.;
3. Responsible for the reception of channels and customers: briefly introduce the machine function module, and skillfully use the machine to demonstrate the cooking of dishes to ensure the quality of the products
4. Be proficient in the front-end and back-end functions of the machine, and be able to interact with customers in function introduction, dish presentation, demand mining, solution output and other interactive communication work;
5. Be able to continuously develop and iterate dishes, be proficient in cooking techniques, and be familiar with food specifications, quality, origin, channels and preparation methods; be able to strictly implement food safety laws, ensure the safety and hygiene of dishes, and comply with operating procedures;
6. Be proficient in using office software, be able to organize documents and output SOP; have high professionalism and be able to actively solve customer problems.
1. Experience in catering supervision or investment promotion team management, and in-depth understanding of first-line catering store kitchen operations are preferred;
2. Understanding of the production process and process of dishes, pursuit of dish production standards, and a certain basic understanding and contact with food materials and supply chain;
3. Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate internal and external resources, actively respond to and solve customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction;
4. Ability to withstand pressure, strong sense of responsibility, pragmatic and optimistic; ability to solve problems independently;
5. Ability to continue self-learning and pay attention to industry trends;
6. Practical experience in smart catering equipment is preferred.
