1. Establish and comprehensively manage the company's process engineering operations, including developing, optimizing, and innovating production process standards; resolving process challenges during manufacturing; and formulating and implementing departmental plans aligned with business growth requirements.
2. Oversee the implementation of assembly process solutions for New Product Introduction (NPI), including establishing standards (BOM/SOP/test protocols), designing or introducing automated equipment/fixtures for new processes, closing trial production issues, and ensuring seamless transition to mass production.
3. Address front-end requirements by collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams to monitor and optimize production processes. Resolve product defects caused by technical or process anomalies during mass production through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
4. Address efficiency, cost, and quality bottlenecks in existing processes by optimizing tooling fixtures, driving automation upgrades for production line equipment, reducing production costs (materials, labor, energy consumption, etc.), and enhancing production efficiency and product reliability.
5. Manage the full lifecycle of production line equipment and tooling fixtures (planning/installation → commissioning → maintenance → automation upgrades/retrofits → decommissioning). Ensure stable and efficient operation to support new product trial production and guarantee mass production delivery.
6. Develop and refine process standards and specifications to meet industry certifications (UL, CE, etc.) and quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
7. Enhance the professional skills and overall capabilities of the process engineering team, boost team motivation, and ensure efficient team operations.
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with over 5 years of process engineering management experience in the electronics or automation equipment industry. Experience in designing two or more automated tooling systems.
2. Expertise in production processes and workflows, familiarity with robotic production line equipment, tooling principles, and maintenance management, along with understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
3. Leads by example with strong goal orientation, capable of independent thinking and task execution, demonstrating strict time management and accountability.
4. Proactive and self-motivated. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experienced in PDCA implementation, capable of leading teams to identify and analyze closed-loop issues.
