1. Independently develop testing plans, test schedules, and test cases for components and complete units based on product design requirements, technical standards, and national/industry standards (e.g., GB, UL, CE, NSF, etc.);

2. Independently conduct component-level testing (e.g., touchscreens, motors, pumps/valves, control boards, sensors, pot bodies) and whole-unit testing (reliability, safety compliance, durability, etc.). Accurately record raw test data, perform preliminary analysis of results, and promptly identify and report defects;

3. Operate and maintain various testing equipment and instruments (e.g., temperature rise acquisition devices, withstand voltage testers, leakage current testers, high/low-temperature chambers, noise meters, flow meters), participate in daily lab management including equipment calibration, inspection, maintenance, and 5S management;

4. Draft professional, clear, and accurate test reports to support design improvements, production decisions, and product certification. Track quality issues identified during testing and collaborate with R&D and Quality departments to drive root cause resolution and closure;

5. Participate in establishing and refining company product testing standards, work instructions, and testing procedures;

6. Evaluate and select experimental equipment based on testing requirements, lead equipment implementation and usage, and oversee daily maintenance

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, thermal engineering, materials science, or related engineering disciplines;

2. 3+ years of testing experience in home appliances, kitchen appliances, or related electromechanical products; commercial kitchen appliance testing experience preferred;

3. Familiarity with safety standards for household or commercial electrical products (e.g., GB 4706.1/GB 4706.XX series);

4. Proficient in common methods, principles, and evaluation criteria for electrical product performance and reliability testing; knowledgeable about properties and testing methods for common materials including stainless steel, plastics, and cable materials;

5. Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities;

6. Willingness to learn new technologies and standards, ability to quickly adapt to challenges from new products and testing projects, and strong awareness of laboratory and electrical safety;

7. Demonstrate enthusiasm for work, proactive engagement, rapid adaptation to new environments and products, and strong initiative.
