1. Have systematic research and application experience in chemical flavorings and pure biological flavorings, have in-depth research on different cuisine ingredients and packages, and be able to be independently competent in research and development, shaping, processing, factory production, etc.;
2. Understand or be familiar with the standardized processes and working methods of dish development, and formulate standardized and simple operating procedures for ingredient packages based on product production;
3. Responsible for following up the production of robots to customer stores, guiding customers to familiarize themselves with the entire production process of the robot, and ensuring that the dishes produced are qualified;
4. Every model promoted by the company must be familiar with it before leaving the factory so that problems that arise at the customer site can be communicated efficiently.
1. Have certain knowledge of raw materials, nutrition, food safety and hygiene;
2. Have good physical and mental qualities, strive for excellence, be good at dealing with people, and be principled yet flexible;
3. Have a pioneering and innovative spirit, be good at learning, be open-minded, and have no less than 5 years of working experience in the catering industry;
4. Requires sensitive sense of taste and smell, quick reaction of movements, and strong coordination ability of hands and eyes and hands. No color blindness, no bad breath, no stuttering, no skin diseases, no infectious diseases;
5. Be able to speak standard Mandarin, have good personal cultivation, pay attention to appearance, understand etiquette, and maintain a full mental state.
